1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing or using the by9999 platform in any manner — including registering an account, browsing the website, depositing funds, placing bets, or participating in any promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with by9999's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules that may apply.

2.2 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the by9999 platform and close your account if one has been registered.

3 Eligibility & Age Restriction

3.1 To register and maintain an active account on by9999, you must be a minimum of 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during your use of the platform.

3.2 You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or partnership) acting in your own personal capacity and for your own entertainment.

3.3 You must not be accessing the by9999 platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering or placing bets.

3.4 by9999 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from any player at any time. Where a player fails to satisfy by9999's age verification requirements, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player, but any winnings generated during an unverified period may be voided.

3.5 Any individual who has previously self-excluded from by9999 or who has been excluded by by9999 under Section 12 is not eligible to register a new account. by9999 uses industry-standard identity matching systems to detect re-registration attempts by excluded players.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Each player may hold only one active account on by9999 at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or related accounts by the same individual — regardless of the device, IP address, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

4.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You further agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

4.3 by9999 reserves the right to require KYC verification at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or at any other time in its reasonable discretion. KYC documents typically required include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and in some cases, verification of the payment method used for deposits.

4.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your by9999 account login credentials. You must not share your password, OTP codes, or account access with any third party under any circumstances. by9999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

4.5 You must notify by9999 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account by contacting our 24/7 support team via live chat.

Your by9999 account must be registered in your own legal name. by9999 will not process withdrawal requests to payment accounts held in a different name than the registered by9999 account. Name mismatches are grounds for withdrawal suspension pending additional verification.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 by9999 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Omni, Meezan Bank IBFT, Raast Interbank Transfer, 1LINK network transfers, and authorised Cash OTC agents. Supported methods are subject to change; current options are always displayed in the Deposit section of your account dashboard.

5.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day vary by payment method and account tier; these limits are displayed at the time of deposit initiation.

5.3 by9999 does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment service provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, your bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside by9999's control and are the sole responsibility of the player.

5.4 Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are ordinarily credited to the by9999 account within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast) are typically credited within 15–30 minutes during standard banking hours. by9999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking system outages.

5.5 All funds deposited with by9999 must be from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members — are not permitted and will result in withdrawal suspension pending investigation.

5.6 by9999 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit that it has reasonable grounds to believe originates from fraudulent activity, stolen payment credentials, money laundering, or any other prohibited source.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawals of Real Money Balance are available to players who have completed by9999's KYC verification process. by9999 may require additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request, including for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.

6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the Withdrawals section of your account and vary by account tier.

6.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account held in the same name as the registered by9999 account. by9999 will not transfer withdrawal proceeds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.4 Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — within 1 business day; bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast) — within 1–3 business days. VIP tier players benefit from expedited processing as specified in applicable VIP programme terms. by9999 aims to process all withdrawals as quickly as possible within these timeframes but cannot guarantee processing within these windows in all circumstances.

6.5 by9999 does not charge withdrawal fees on its end. Bank or mobile wallet fees on the receiving end are outside by9999's control.

6.6 by9999 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds deposited, particularly where account activity suggests deposits significantly in excess of what the account's stated activity would ordinarily generate.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 by9999 offers various promotional bonuses to its players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time the promotion is made available.

7.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise specified, all bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified for each individual promotion. Wagering is calculated on the total bonus amount credited (not the deposit amount), unless otherwise stated.

7.3 Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. As a general rule: live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) contribute 10% of bets placed; slots contribute 100%; progressive jackpot games contribute 0%. 7.6 Players may opt out of receiving bonus credits by contacting by9999 support prior to deposit. Once a bonus has been credited to an account and betting has commenced, the bonus cannot be removed without the associated balance also being adjusted.

8 Game Rules & Betting Conduct

8.1 Each game available on the by9999 platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules prevail in respect of that game's operation.

8.2 Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical failure during a gaming session — including but not limited to disconnection, server errors, software crashes, or data transmission failures — by9999 will endeavour to reconstruct the session state from server-side logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, by9999's standard policy is to return the interrupted bet stake to the player's account. Winnings accumulated during a session that cannot be verified from server logs are not payable.

8.3 Obvious Errors: In the event that by9999 makes a manifest error in displaying odds, payouts, or game parameters due to a technical fault, by9999 reserves the right to void bets placed under those erroneous conditions. by9999 will not be liable to pay winnings generated under manifestly incorrect odds or payout rates caused by a technical error, regardless of whether the error was immediately apparent to the player.

8.4 All game outcomes on by9999 are determined by independently certified random number generation systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing/spinning processes captured on camera. by9999 does not manipulate game outcomes.

8.5 Bet cancellation after a game round has commenced is not available. Once a bet has been placed and the game round initiated, that bet is final and cannot be cancelled or amended. This applies to all game formats including live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, slots, and game shows.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the by9999 platform:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft, money laundering, or any other illegal means;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or otherwise interact with the platform in a non-human manner;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to generate unfair advantages — any winnings generated in this manner are subject to forfeiture and the incident reported to the relevant game provider;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in multi-player table games;
• Any form of chip dumping in poker or table game formats;
• Systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, using arbitrage strategies across bonus and real money balances, or coordinating with other players to circumvent wagering requirements;
• Attempting to access another player's account or interfering with the by9999 platform's technical infrastructure in any manner;

10 Intellectual Property

10.1 All intellectual property rights in and to the by9999 platform — including but not limited to the by9999 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, written content, graphics, and audio-visual materials — are the exclusive property of by9999 or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the by9999 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works of any by9999 content.

10.3 Unauthorised use of by9999's intellectual property — including scraping, mirroring, or reproducing by9999 content on third-party websites — is strictly prohibited and will be subject to legal action.

11 Responsible Gaming

11.1 by9999 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, available at any time from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits — set maximum deposit amounts per day, week, or month;
• Loss Limits — cap net losses over defined time periods;
• Session Time Limits — restrict the maximum duration of any single gaming session;

12 Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 by9999 reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;

• Engagement in any prohibited activity listed in Section 9;

Where fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity is confirmed, by9999 may report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities and remit funds to such authorities as required.

12.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting by9999 support. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player via their last used withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification being completed and no outstanding compliance holds being in place.

13 Limitation of Liability

13.1 The by9999 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. by9999 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of displayed odds or game results prior to resolution, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose beyond its intended use as an online gaming and sports betting service.

13.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, by9999's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.3 by9999 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from a player's use of the platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — regardless of whether by9999 was advised of the possibility of such damages.

13.4 by9999 is not liable for loss or damage caused by: force majeure events; third-party payment processor failures; internet service provider outages; acts or omissions of third-party game providers; or any other circumstances genuinely outside by9999's reasonable control.

13.5 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits by9999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by by9999's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

14 Disputes & Complaints

14.1 In the first instance, any complaint or dispute should be raised with by9999's customer support team via the 24/7 live chat available at by9999.org. by9999 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to reach a resolution within 5 business days for standard matters.

14.2 Where a complaint cannot be resolved through first-line support, the matter may be escalated to by9999's compliance and management team by submitting a written complaint to the support email address displayed on the by9999.org Contact page. Written escalations will be responded to within 10 business days.

14.3 All disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within 30 days of the disputed game round's completion. by9999 will not investigate outcome disputes raised after this period as server-side game logs are not retained indefinitely.

14.4 by9999's decision on any complaint or dispute, following the escalation process described above, is final and binding on the player, subject only to the player's right to pursue available legal remedies under applicable law.

15 Amendments to These Terms

15.1 by9999 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page with the "Last Updated" date prominently displayed.

15.2 For material changes to these Terms, by9999 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. 15.3 Your continued use of the by9999 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
